All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through Taylor Melrose are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product received is damaged or defective.

To expedite the process, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.

Upon verification, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and, if found to be defective or damaged, we will initiate a refund or replacement, as per your preference.
